About the role
The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to serve as the subject matter expert for the Services (3M) career field within the Force Support Squadron. As an Air Reserve Technician; manages all Services Prime Readiness in Base Services (Prime RIBS) activities, advises on and provides guidance to local leadership. Accomplishes a variety of tasks that result in Services' Unit Type Code (UTC) ability to perform its wartime mission. Ensures reservists are properly trained and equipped to provide wartime combat and peacetime Services support. Provides training to reserve personnel in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. These duties do not overlap the Services Director duties at AFRC owned bases. Plans, organizes, and manages the day-to-do activities of the Services function Manages the combat readiness of the Sustainment Services Flight.
