About the role
You will lead C4 interoperability planning teams with allied/partner nations to set long-term objectives and intermediate milestones for Command, Control, Communication, and Computers (C4) systems interoperability. You will lead planning of USMC systems in Joint architectures for voice, video, imagery and data communications. You will assist MARFORPAC staff and Pacific FMF in developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget requests for IT support to enable interoperability for Combatant Commander (COCOM) warfighting plans. You will attend exercise/contingency planning conferences to understand broad objective and drive the fulfillment C4 interoperability needs. You will manage the development of integrated system architectures to achieve exercise objectives/needs, including appropriate cyberspace operations in coordination with Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Commands.
