Management and Program Analyst

Plans, organizes, and directs, individually or in collaboration with team members, the development, evaluation, and implementation of intake related policies and operational procedures that have an agency-wide impact. Designs and conducts a wide variety of broad and comprehensive special studies and detailed analyses of complex operational and system issues affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of intake operations. Leads or participates in working groups to take or recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives. Contacts external stakeholders, including representatives from other Federal agencies, community-based Organizations, and others to research and resolve issues relating to intake processes, operations, and systems.
