Physician - Pathologist - Service Chief

The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System in Cleveland, OH is seeking one full-time MD/DO Service Chief to supervise the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service. The Chief, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (PALMS) at VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS), provides leadership and oversight for clinical and administrative operations across all PALMS programs, providers, and sites of care. The incumbent is a Board-Certified Physician responsible for and providing operational and supervisory oversight for over a large interprofessional service of over 120 clinical and administrative personnel over eighteen sites of care across northeast Ohio. Eligible candidates must be board certified in either Anatomic Pathology or Clinical Pathology and must have five years of prior clinical experience.
