Supervisory Security Guard

Directs and supervises security guard operations through subordinate supervisors to ensure protection of personnel, government property, and installation facilities. Oversees installation access control operations, including control of personnel and vehicle entry/exit at access control points. Plans, assigns, and evaluates the work of subordinate supervisors and security guards across multiple shifts. Ensures enforcement of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and installation security policies. Develops and administers security guard training programs involving weapons handling, emergency response, traffic control, search and seizure procedures, and use of force. Coordinates security operations and maintains liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Conducts inspections of guard personnel, weapons, equipment, and security procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
