About the role
Provides consultative and advisory services to management in matters pertaining to areas of responsibility and identifies and resolves or refers significant or precedent-setting issues and problems to management. Maintains strong collaborative communication linkages between Central office and the regional offices and contracted stakeholders on education, outreach, and training initiatives. Analyzes internal policies, processes, and procedures to assure increased efficiency in operations and implement policies, procedures, and processes to resolve problems and improve internal operations. Develops and implements tactical communications plans and strategic partnerships to provide information and promote awareness of CMS programs and initiatives.
