IT PROJECT MANAGER (PROJMGT)

This position serves as IT Project Manager and IT Specialist in the Information and Technology Headquarters Office. Incumbent exercises control over information systems projects and ensures projects are implemented in accordance with baseline plans. Project planning and development: Develops, manages and implements project plans such as communications plan, scope management plan, time management plan, work breakdown structure, risk plan, budget plan and procurement plan. Project execution: Develops/employs methods and tools to track progress throughout the life cycle of the project. Applies technical knowledge to ensure project schedules and objectives are accomplished within established milestones. Project reporting: Provides feedback to leadership and stakeholders through appropriate reports, meetings, briefings, and information papers.
