SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Directs the Test and Assessment Department's Integration Division. Provides overall leadership, guidance, and management within the division; first line supervisor for civilian and military personnel. Develops the department budget and ensures proper execution of the budget. Coordinates and consolidates departmental budget inputs and develops and prepares the narrative data for the Agency's O&M and RDT&E budgets, the Agency's Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and other documents and exhibits. Provides supervision and advice to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and DTRA Program Managers Oversees and reviews development of estimates, planning statistics, recommendations, and other information needed to meet department, directorate, and Agency objectives. Establishes multi-year long-range plans and schedules; oversees the revision of long-range plans, goals, and objectives.
