Program Manager

Manages, directs, and evaluates multiple projects, programs, and activities that support the organization's goals and objectives. Gathers and analyzes data and provides recommendations concerning broad and often complex projects, programs, and issues involving internal management systems and functional assignments. Manages the work of a large organization with support to multiple Service Units. Integrates work of various Service Units to meet the organization's strategic goals, participates in strategic planning for the FAA, and makes commitments for ATO. Responsibilities include supervising, managing, and leading a group of specialists and assistants who respond to EEO and Accountability Board complaints, FAA Administrator Hotlines, Congressional inquiries, Freedom of Information Act requests; Performance Management; Awards; Directives Management, CASTLE, and other administrative programs.
