MATERIALS HANDLER

This position is responsible in receiving, checking, storing, accounting and issuing supplies and equipment. Duties are to receive, count, weight, and check items to ensure that the vendor has delivered the type and quality of items and/or services purchased. Place items in stockroom locations, stacking items in groups by commodity and size. Fill requisitions of activities. Perform or assist in end-of-month inventories of stock by counting items and giving figures to supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned.
