About the role
The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer, to serve as a standardization/evaluation officer responsible for standardization and evaluation, of aircrew member ground and flight performance in assigned aircraft and management of the unit aircrew standardization/evaluation program in an AFRC Operations Group. Accomplishes a variety of administrative duties related to flight instruction, evaluation and mission accomplishment such as scheduling, operations management, combat mission planning, and training matters.
