Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations)

This position is part of a team of three Executive Employee and Labor Relations Specialists reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer. The team provides staff level management advisory service to Network and field facilities on a full range of employee (ER) and labor (LR) relations issues. The selectee can work from their current duty location. Major duties include, but may not be limited to: Analyzes, evaluates, and develops major aspects of agency wide labor relations programs that require isolating and defining unknown conditions, resolving critical problems and developing new concepts and methodologies. Serves as staff subject matter expert (SME) to other consultants handling negotiations that involve the development of new approaches.
