Workforce Development Specialist

Investigates and evaluates complaints; audits costs and payments; recovers dis-allowances; participates in closeout activities to ensure accountability for organizational resources; may provide input into draft audit resolutions on areas for which the individual has specialized knowledge. Provides advice and consultation to ETA officials and customers on workforce development issues and concerns. Recommends new approaches and alternatives to address current or anticipated problems. Negotiates acceptable agreements to resolve conflicts and controversial disputes in accordance with applicable regulations.
