Program Manager (Director)

This position manages the overall operations of the Financial Management Branch within the Mission Readiness Operations Division providing operational support and performing a variety of administrative services related to workforce management and financial management. This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10). The Program Manager (Director) is the primary supervisor of the Financial Management Branch at the Sector level leading subordinate supervisors and staff for program responsibility for mission support. Duties and responsibilities include: Supervisory: providing a full range of supervisory functions for a staff that provides a diverse range of mission support services by setting priorities and scheduling completion for assigned work to subordinates; making decisions on problems presented by staff and communicating performance requirements.
