About the role

Carries out program management responsibility for the installation Family Advocacy Program (FAP), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meeting customer needs. Holds primary responsibility for installation FAP executive functions. Represents FAP to (or on behalf of) the installation, group, squadron leadership through multiple installation and functional area organizations. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Carries full professional responsibility for assigned cases presenting a wide range of psychosocial and environmental problems from prevention, intervention, and treatment through case closure and/or transfer. Works to achieve and support quality improvement in all products and services.
