Leads the identification, design, and implementation of automated and technology-enabled business processes across executive office functions, improving operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes. Conducts end-to-end process mapping and workload analysis to identify inefficiencies, eliminate redundancies, and transition manual processes into streamlined, automated workflows. Establishes and refines case tracking and intake mechanisms to enable accurate measurement of service performance to develop business rules to improve data quality and consistency. Leads improvement initiatives that enhance customer service through technology, standardization, and self-service capabilities. Advises executive leadership on prioritization and sequencing of modernization initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to reduce cycle times, optimize resources, and strengthen operational effectiveness across bureaus.
