Program Analyst

Responds to and analyzes a wide variety of technical input recieved from the public, other government agencies, industry representatives and technical societies. Assists the Deputy Chief in preparing auction result analyses, serving as a point of contact between contractors, IT specialist, and the Division, and coordinating with the FCC application processing staff to ensure that auction winner's applications are processed expeditiously. Oversees and tracks the progress of spectrum auction events for the purpose of recommending changes to the auction bidding schedule and/or pricing parameters to control the auction pace. Researches and analyzes novel systems development and integration issues, develops and evaluates alternative policy and regulatory approaches, and consults with other member of the Commission and external parties.
