SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst located in the Modernization Integration Branch of the Engineering Department of the Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP). You will act in the absence of the Senior Supervisor to ensure continuity of SURFMEPP senior level management. You will develop and execute measures to quantify organizational effectiveness and efficiency, to identify areas for improvement and to monitor the effect of changes. You will manage assigned special projects and facilitate special study teams that develop unique and innovative program solutions, specifications and processes to resolve special problems. You will evaluate the impact of current programs or methods on maintenance, modernization and life cycle planning.
