Supervisory Physician (QMVIG Director)

Provides executive leadership and direction for the design, development, and operation of multiple statutory CMS value-based programs. Leads the development, maintenance, and implementation of quality and cost measures used across all CMS quality reporting, value-based purchasing, and public reporting programs. Serves as subject matter expert for the multi-payer Core Quality Measure Collaborative and the Partnership for Quality Measurement, engaging the medical and scientific communities to align quality measures across public and private payers. Directs the coordination of quality and cost measurement and reporting activities across CMS components, the Department, contractors, and stakeholders, while also managing subordinate supervisors and overseeing personnel functions.
