FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will advise and contribute on work in any phases of budget administration, to include formulation of budget /estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will present and defend budget estimates to leadership; review and evaluate budget requests; control, and report on obligations and expenditures. You will analyze and recommend costs/benefit of alternative methods of financial management of the institution's programs and activities. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the institution’s programs and activities.
