About the role
Leads a team of HR Specialists, assigning work, balancing workload, coaching staff, and ensuring timely, high-quality completion of projects and deliverables. Serves as project manager for complex, nationwide HR consulting projects, establishing objectives, milestones, budgets, and ensuring successful execution. Provides expert strategic consulting to federal agencies on human capital programs, including workforce planning, performance management, and organization design. Analyzes workforce and organizational data to develop recommendations, reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive executive decision-making. Advises senior leadership and stakeholders on HR policies, programs, and organizational improvements, influencing agency-wide initiatives.
