Management and Program Analyst

Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for monitoring all funding including but not limited to: contract services, employee and beneficiary travel, overtime, oversight of subsistence allowance award functions, commercial credit card programs, and non-payroll expenditures. Prepares production reports using data available through VR&E systems for the purpose of analyzing trends which could lead to out-of-control situations affecting the division as a whole and makes recommendations. Prepares reports, Systematic Analyses of Operations (SAOs), weekly workload reports, and suspense tasking for submission to higher-level internal and external management, including Director's Office, Districts, and VA Central Office. Prepares and interprets the statistical data for Quarterly Management briefings, Site Visits, Trip Packs, and other reports. Monitors established computer programs and analyzes data to provide management information, such as Division and individual production
