Growth Marketing Manager, Direct Mail

THE OPPORTUNITY As a critical member of our rapidly expanding Growth team, you’ll help lay the foundation for a fully scaled, best-in-class marketing organization focused on raising awareness of Hinge Health and driving new member sign-ups. This role will be responsible for leading one of our most significant acquisition channels: direct mail. As the channel owner, you will drive strategy and optimization for our large scale direct mail program. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with teams across Accounting, Strategic Finance, Procurement, Data Science, Operations, and Creative. You will lead the efforts of a cross functional team of marketers, designers, operations specialists and data scientists toward a collective goal of achieving topline targets while maximizing channel ROI. You and your cross functional partners will achieve this through analytical rigor, robust experimentation, operational excellence and ongoing innovation. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH -
