MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will maintain the Total Force Manpower Management System database to ensure accuracy of data, information and perform data collection to support the shore manpower and associated command organizational charts. You will develop, revise, review/evaluate policy and procedures of manpower-related guidance/directives to ensure alignment with organizational goals, optimize resource allocation, and maintain compliance with standards and regulations. You will review, evaluate and process manpower change requests to ensure requests are translated into position-level staffing requirements in the Activity Manpower Document (AMD). You will review military billets to identify and recommend changes to billet and other occupational experience requirements to perform assigned duties. You will coordinate program objectives memorandum cycle submissions to determine submission type and level of approval.
