MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as the senior manpower analyst in one of the Aviation Manpower Requirements Department's I-Level division. You will gather, calculate and analyzes data used in the development of staffing standards, predictive models and manpower requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for activities, BSOs, RS and OPNAV during development and fleet review of staffing standards/manpower documents. You will review manpower change request to the Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS).
