Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Processing Unit)

As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Processing Unit), GS-0201-13 you will perform the following duties: Develop, plan, direct, and administer HROC's Processing Unit. Establish and maintain effective relationships with ICE program offices and create, promote, and maintain a constructive and collaborative working environment. Ensure employees within the Processing Section follow applicable laws and Office of Personal Management (OPM) regulations, as well as DHS, and ICE policies and procedures. Provide administrative and technical advice to staff, as necessary, for accomplishing the work of the Processing Section. Advise management on the impact of changes to statutory or regulatory responsibilities and recommend appropriate action to reduce the impact on ICE program offices.
