Information Technology Specialist

As an Information Technology Specialist, you will: Prepare and present briefings to senior management officials on complex and sometimes controversial issues. Provide on-call tier 3 support for applications with availability requirements beyond normal business hours. Manage and support IT hardware such as Cisco UCS systems, Nutanix hyper-converged solutions, and traditional stand-alone server hardware (such as HP, Dell, Sun, IBM server/blade chassis). Collaborative with other division or cross-division staff to produce solid designs for enterprises solutions to meet customers' needs within End User Computing environment.
