Regional Director

Provides executive leadership for a multi-state Regional Office, overseeing all ERISA civil and criminal enforcement activities and ensuring alignment with Agency and Department priorities. Participates in national policy and strategy development, contributing to Agency-level goals, enforcement strategies, operating plans, and long-range program direction. Directs and manages regional enforcement programs, including investigations, corrective actions, targeting strategies, special projects, and coordination with legal and prosecutorial partners. Serves as the principal regional representative of EBSA, engaging with federal, state, and local officials, industry groups, plan administrators, and public stakeholders to advance understanding of ERISA and Agency initiatives. Ensures effective interagency coordination, maintaining liaison with SOL, U.S. Attorneys, and other regulatory bodies to support enforcement, litigation, and policy implementation.
