Supervisory Military Personnel Specialist

Provides leadership to subordinates and technical guidance to executive/management level representatives from the Military Services, DCMA, and other Government Agencies. Ensure senior DCMA executives are kept informed of all military program goals, accomplishments, and challenges. Analyze and share military manpower and other essential data to inform programmatic and customer-driven decisions. Identify and resolve major military personnel challenges, and champion innovative methodologies and solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
