LEAD QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Establishes and maintains communication with contractor/government entity functional managers in production, engineering, and quality early in production cycle. Prepares reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor. Tracks the status of open actions, receives and reviews responses, enforces timely completion of corrective action(s) by working with team members, other directorates, or process owners. Monitors verification of rework adequacy. Coordinates issues within the directorate and with customer to secure agreement/approval. Manages measurement and reporting of critical quality management information and data. Extracts, collects, and analyzes quality management information and data.
