Program Specialist

The Program Specialist performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments involving the analysis and evaluation of technical training programs under the minimal direction of a manager, program/project manager, or more experienced specialist. As a contributing specialist, analyzes and evaluates technical training courses by assessing data trends, performance metrics, student feedback, and operational requirements to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develops data-driven insights and presents findings to management to support decision-making for technical workforce training programs. Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge of technical training operations and program administration to plan and conduct functional activities for program initiatives, including managing the training content library, supporting program reviews, developing reporting tools, and recommending improvements to processes that support workforce development and operational objectives
