Processor Implementation Manager

About the Role The Processor Implementation Manager is an individual contributor role within ChimeCore’s Processor Operations function, focused on ensuring the reliable implementation, validation, and operational readiness of payment processors, funds flows, and platform changes across our internal processing system. This role is built for someone who leads with data — using advanced SQL and analytics to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and surface system behavior that others miss. You'll partner closely internally with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Bank Partnerships and externally with our bank partners, serving as the analytical backbone of complex payment investigations and implementations. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,000.00 and up to $180,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
