Student Trainee (Information Technology) - CES Intern

The incumbent of this position serves as an Intern in the CES Student program with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). As a participant in the program, the incumbent will complete formal and informal training. Assists in troubleshooting accessibility and availability problems and initiates corrective actions. Ensures basic application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of services. Performs a variety of limited technical tasks designed to familiarize the incumbent with regulatory guidelines, terminology, procedures and techniques of Information Technology.
