About the role Chime is looking for a Director of Marketing Data Science to lead and scale our Marketing Data Science function during a critical phase of growth. In this role, you’ll set the vision for how marketing analytics drives business strategy. You’ll lead a high-performing team using descriptive analytics, modeling, and experimentation to advise Marketing and Executive leadership on where and how to invest for maximum impact. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $217,000 and up to $300,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
