ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

You will serve as the Technical Department Acquisition Advocate (TDAA) between Dam Neck Activity (DNA) and the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) Contracts Department. You will develop, oversee, and execute the department contracting and acquisition strategy plans to achieve programmatic goals. You will coordinate and facilitate communication among the acquisition team members and DNA stakeholders, closely tracking the milestone schedule, and providing leadership and guidance to overcome and resolve problems or delays. You will formulate technical strategies, develop proposals, evaluate technology related requirements and alternatives, and orchestrate contract strategy/planning for the department.
