The incumbent serves a patient population with highly complex health and mental health problems. The Social Worker is assigned to both clinical and administrative responsibility for managing cases and coordinating care within the Outpatient Clinic. The incumbent is accountable for clinical program effectiveness and modification of service patterns to address veteran needs.
