About the role
You will serve as the principal advisor and executive leader on the development, implementation, and evaluation of continuous improvement strategies across the Command. You will oversee internal problem-solving consultation for Fleet projects to properly define problems, identify root causes, and implement measurable improvement. You will develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy that supports longterm mission success and builds warfighting capability and capacity. You will align learning programs with Fleet-wide goals, including readiness, operational excellence, and talent development. You will oversee the creation and implementation of policies, tools, and frameworks that support organizational learning.
