Program Specialist (Translations Program Specialist)

Manages the funds of the translations contract budget. Ensures compliance with VA, VBA and local directives on requisitions for printing, reproduction and distribution of forms. Provides input in the planning and recommendations for procedural improvements in all administrative functional areas. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on all fleet management issues, oversees the day-to-day functions of the Fleet Management Program. Collects data and submits reports as required to VA, GSA and other offices in timely manner. Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the program, coordination of requests and appropriate follow-up actions. Perform other duties as assigned. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
