About the role

Duty 1: Serves as information security program specialist executing/enforcing all operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the program. Duty 2: Makes information protection risk assessments and risk management/mitigation strategies/recommendations based on intelligence-derived threat issues that may require deviations from or synthesis of policies. Duty 3: Incumbent is responsible to ensure the core classified national information protection security disciplines of information are fully covered from a policy and programmed viewpoint to ensure overall information protection requirements meet mission requirements. Duty 4: Develops and provides Security Awareness and Education Programs to satisfy security education and training requirements for COCOM an subordinate organization. Duty 5: Responible for providing assistance to the Induustrial and Personnel Security Program Managers, as well as the Chief, Information Security to ensure the threee-core information protection
