About the role
Serves as an IT Specialist for the Operations Control Center (OCC) and is responsible for management of the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Automation Security, and providing system administration level maintenance of the Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS). Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader or more experienced technical specialist. May act as a contributing specialist on large work activities or as a team leader for single or small work activities. Coordinates significant technical matters with representative of internal and external organizations. May act as a key technical point of contact for assigned activities.
