AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The primary purpose of this position is: an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer to serve as the Maintenance Group Senior ART. In this capacity, the incumbent of this position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling the activities and operations of all maintenance functions within a Group (FG, ARG, AG, etc.). Provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of the tasks set forth herein. DUTIES: Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates the maintenance activity within existing policies and objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Represents the wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Maintains surveillance and ensures effective operation of the maintenance program.
