Supervisory Management & Program Analyst

Manages administrative, staffing, financial and logistics/resource programs, and processes to ensure organizational goals are met while maximizing program efficiency. Provides advice and guidance on sensitive mission support issues essential to the organization's success. Maintains continuous and effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Develops policies and procedures that affect the work of experts and major aspects of all mission support related programs. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of complex management support and administrative policies, programs and processes. Represents the organization through briefings and presentations at meetings and conferences. Recommends and implements actions to achieve long term strategic initiatives and program objectives.
