DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR CORPORATE OPERATIONS

You will provide direction, oversight, and execution of strategic business planning, human capital management, personnel security programs, corporate data analytics, facilities, infrastructure, and headquarter management for the NAVSEA enterprise. You will provide oversight, leadership, guidance, and evaluation of the NAVSEA enterprise personnel Security programs; NAVSEA’s Facilities and Infrastructure management. You will support the Deputy Commander and NAVSEA executive leadership and provides direction for implementing the enterprise’s Corporate Operations strategy, monitoring and reporting the success of efforts to the leadership of NAVSEA, DON and DOD. You will be responsible for an annual budget of in excess of $1 billion with substantial influence over $5 billion. You will provide direction, guidance, decision-making, and support to the SEA10G Corporate Operations group in order to function effectively, efficiently, and synergistically.
