About the role
The selectee will serve as a Manpower Specialist in the Office of Human Resources, Classification and Position Management Division. Typical work assignments include: Identifying the need for special projects and studies-such as succession planning and workforce analysis-and ensuring they are initiated. Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to evaluate position structuring programs. Providing guidance to stakeholders on a wide range of procedural and policy issues related to position management and strategic planning.
