About the role
Conducts patient screenings to obtain and review medical and/or occupational history. Performs various screenings, such as vision, vital signs, spirometry, audiometry, and electrocardiograms. Evaluates patients for referral to nurse or physician. Verifies and orders all indicated laboratory studies, x-rays, immunizations, and other ancillary tests as appropriate. Facilitates the safe and effective operation of medical equipment and contributes to a safe working environment.
