Budget Analyst

As a Budget Analyst your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Leading the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's budget programs. Evaluating program financial plans and operational cost structures to ensure alignment with authorized levels and strategic direction. Contributing to workforce planning decisions by analyzing labor cost scenarios, full-time equivalent (FTE) utilization, and staffing sustainability. Collaborating with organizational and bureau-level financial management offices to synchronize accounting data with program execution information. Responsible for the full execution cycle for appropriated funds, including apportionments, sub allotments, operating plans, reprogramming actions, and distribution of supplemental/emergency funding.
