SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Primary Purpose: To exercise first-level supervisory and managerial authorities over the operations Section of 2AF/SWTW/XP/A3; which includes unit Training, Readiness, and Plans functions. Responsible for providing advice and support to leadership across the entire spectrum of wing activities. Plans, organize, and directs the activities of 2AF/SWTW/XP/A3, ensuring that Wing Plans complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Training Wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for operation programs to ensure functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements.
