Analyze new financial laws, regulations, and policies to determine impact on current financial operations, systems, and customer service delivery. Apply finance and accounting principles, theories, concepts, and practices to ensure that financial management and accounting systems produce accurate results and meet legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the preparation, analysis, reconciliation, consolidation, and submission of financial reports to ensure regulatory compliance. Propose procedures and methods to resolve current problems and enhance the validity, accuracy, and integrity of financial system data. Provide financial system analytic and technical assistance to other staff offices and field personnel in methods for maintaining financial compliance and reporting.
