As an Attorney Advisor in the Legal Division, your duties may include: Providing advice and counsel to client divisions and other senior management officials on the status and development of the law and FDIC policies and positions. Researching, analyzing, and resolving effectively legal issues and to communicate such matters clearly and logically in oral and written presentation. Synthesizing divergent viewpoints in order to generate consensus in a collegial manner for findings and recommendations. Preparing legal documents on sensitive legal issues, including those involving questions of first impression and with conflicting precedents, that require extensive research, analyses, and ingenuity to resolve. Advising and counseling clients in various FDIC Divisions and Offices across the country.
