About the role
The following are the duties of this position at the GS-14. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position. Advise the Chief Evaluation Officer on Department-wide development and implementation of evidence, research, and evaluation policy, including implementation of research and evaluation standards, scientific integrity, and evidence-building policy. Assist in identifying and addressing gaps in Treasury's evidence-building infrastructure and capabilities, including building and strengthening Treasury-wide evidence-building capabilities and community of practice. Advise on and provide technical assistance to Treasury programs, policy offices, and bureaus on program and policy design, including the evaluation of such programs (such as using social science methods, evaluation design, and analysis), performance reporting, and data collection.
