About the role
You will: Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of budgetary planning and control to ensure appropriate allocation and execution of appropriated funds among all operational units. Coordinate and oversee technical or administrative work involving key programs to ensure alignment of fiscal laws, regulations, and Agency policies and procedures. Serve as a technical advisor on issues pertaining to annual budget distribution, execution, and annual performance measures. Represent the organizational unit with a variety of stakeholders to establish effective working relationships and resolve problems that arise. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to accomplish work. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
